Which tickets can I buy online?

Accepted Answer

Our online shop offers ski passes for 1 to 14 days, as well as selected flexible passes that let you choose your skiing days. Select your start date to see the available tickets and prices.

Ski passes for 1.5, 2.5 or 3.5 days, free ski passes for children under 10, and discounts for groups, disabled guests and ski instructors are only available at our ticket offices on site.

I have received a discount code. Where do I enter it?

Before paying, enter your code in the “Redeem discount code” field and select “Redeem”. The discount will then be applied to your order total.

The “Voucher code” field is for gift vouchers. Please also check the validity and terms of your discount offer.

Can I book the free ski pass for children under 10 online?

Accepted Answer

Free children's ski passes are available at the ticket offices at the Eisgrat and Gamsgarten valley stations. They cannot be booked online. You can buy your own ski pass online in advance, then collect your child's free pass by presenting their ID.

The offer applies to children under 10 accompanied by a paying parent purchasing the same pass category. Annual and season passes are excluded. The current fare conditions apply.

Can I book the 1.5-, 2.5- and 3.5-day ski passes online?

Ski passes for 1.5, 2.5 and 3.5 days are only available at the ticket offices at our valley stations.

They are valid from 12:00 on the first skiing day, followed by one, two or three full consecutive skiing days.

How do I buy my ski pass or lift ticket online?

To book your ticket in the online shop:

1. Select your ticket category, start date and the number of days you need.
2. Log in to your account or register free of charge.
3. Choose an existing compatible KeyCard or a collection voucher (Pick-up Voucher).
4. Check your details and complete your payment.

If you load your pass onto a KeyCard, you can go straight to the turnstile. With a collection voucher, collect your KeyCard from a ticket machine or ticket office. Allow at least 15 minutes after purchase before collecting it.

Free children's ski passes, 1.5-, 2.5- and 3.5-day ski passes, and certain discounts are only available at our ticket offices on site.

Question 6

How do I receive the ski pass I have bought online?

Accepted Answer

You can choose between two options:

Load an existing KeyCard: Register a compatible SKIDATA KeyCard in your account and book your ski pass onto it. The card is personal to its holder; each guest needs their own KeyCard.

Use a collection voucher: After purchase, you will receive a QR code by email. Scan it at a ticket machine at the valley station or present it at the ticket office to receive your KeyCard. You can redeem the voucher from 15 minutes after purchase.

If the email has not arrived, check your spam folder. You can also download the voucher from your account.

Which payment methods are accepted in the online shop?

You can pay in the online shop using the following methods:

Credit card: Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club and Discover
Online bank transfer (A2A Payment)
iDEAL
Apple Pay
Google Pay

The available options are shown at checkout. These may depend on your device, browser and payment provider.

Question 8

What is a Pick-up Voucher?

A Pick-up Voucher is a collection voucher for the ski pass you have bought online. It is emailed to you as a PDF with a QR code and can also be downloaded from your account.

Show the QR code on your smartphone or on a printout at a ticket machine or ticket office. You will receive the KeyCard you need to use the turnstiles.

Please note: You can redeem your collection voucher from 15 minutes after purchase. The QR code itself does not give you access through the turnstiles.

How far in advance do I need to book?

You can buy your ski pass online on the day you want to ski, provided tickets for that day are available in the online shop. Check the start date carefully before paying.

Book earlier to take advantage of online discounts, and check the booking deadline for each offer. If you choose a collection voucher, allow at least 15 minutes between purchase and collection.

Are there any online discounts?

Accepted Answer

Yes, you can save up to 20% in the online shop, depending on the offer. Discounts vary according to factors such as your skiing date, when you book, the promotional period and demand.

Book early and check the relevant booking deadline. Many online offers are available until 48 hours before the first day your pass is valid. The price and cancellation conditions are shown for your selected ticket.

Which online discounts are available?

The online shop offers three different types of discount:

3% standard online discount: Book at least 48 hours before the first day your pass is valid to save 3% on Stubai Glacier ski passes and Stubai Ski Passes. These tickets can be cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation conditions.

8% early booking discount from 1 March 2027: Book at least 14 days in advance to save 8% on Stubai Glacier ski passes and Stubai Ski Passes. There is no limit on the number of tickets available with this discount. These tickets cannot be cancelled.

Promotional discounts of up to 20%: A limited number of discounted tickets is available during selected periods. These offers are available only while the relevant allocation lasts. These tickets cannot be cancelled.
Before paying, check the displayed price and the conditions of your selected ticket.

Can I get the online discount at the ticket offices ?

No. The following discounts are only available in the online shop:

Is a ticket always cheaper online than at the ticket office?

Accepted Answer

Stubai Glacier ski passes and Stubai Ski Passes are 3% cheaper online than at the ticket office when booked at least 48 hours before the first day they are valid. These tickets can be cancelled in accordance with the applicable cancellation conditions.

Alternatively, you can choose from the following offers:

8% early booking discount from 1 March 2027: Available for Stubai Glacier ski passes and Stubai Ski Passes when you book at least 14 days in advance. There is no limit on the number of tickets available with this discount. These tickets cannot be cancelled.

Promotional discounts of up to 20%: Available during selected periods, while the relevant ticket allocation lasts. These tickets cannot be cancelled.

The SKI plus CITY Pass Stubai Innsbruck is excluded from the standard online discount and the early booking discount. The discounts cannot be combined.

For bookings made less than 48 hours in advance, the ticket office price applies unless another valid online offer is available for your ticket. Before paying, check the displayed price and your ticket’s conditions.

Question 14

Can I cancel a ticket I have bought online?

Accepted Answer

An unused ticket marked as cancellable can generally be returned through your account until 08:00 on the first day it is valid. Open “My Tickets” to do this. If you have a collection voucher, you can only return the ticket before you have exchanged the voucher for a KeyCard.

Tickets marked as non-cancellable at the time of purchase are excluded from this return option. Please check the conditions of your selected offer.

Once your return has been processed, the full ticket value is credited to your account. If you would prefer a refund to your original payment method, contact Starjack support. Under the online terms and conditions, this incurs a fee of 5% of the ticket value, with a minimum of €5 and a maximum of €35. You will be told the exact fee before the refund is finalised.

Question 15

Do I need to take out my phone at the turnstile?

Accepted Answer

No. You use your KeyCard at the turnstile. You only need your smartphone if you want to show the QR code on your collection voucher when collecting your ticket.

You can load your pass onto an existing compatible KeyCard online, or use a collection voucher to receive a KeyCard at a ticket machine or ticket office. The QR code cannot be used directly at the turnstile.

Question 16

Can I use any KeyCard, or does it have to be a Stubai Glacier KeyCard?

You can also use a compatible SKIDATA KeyCard from another ski area. Its card number has 23 digits and starts with “01”. You will find it on the back of the card.

Use this number to register the card in your account, then select it when booking. Each KeyCard is assigned to one person and is non-transferable.

Question 17

Can I book several tickets onto one KeyCard?

Yes, you can book several tickets for yourself onto your personal KeyCard.

If you are buying tickets for family or friends, each person needs their own KeyCard. Book each ticket onto the relevant guest's card. A card cannot be shared by several people.

What is the Stubai Ski Pass?

Accepted Answer

The Stubai Ski Pass lets you ski at Stubai Glacier and at the ski areas of Schlick 2000, Serlesbahnen Mieders and Elferbahnen Neustift when they are open.

For the 2026/27 season, you automatically receive it when buying a ski pass for four days or more during the period from 24 October 2026 to 16 April 2027, at no extra cost compared with a Stubai Glacier ski pass. Annual and season passes are excluded.

Each ski area's operating times apply. Free use of the lifts for night tobogganing is not included.

Question 19

I have bought a Stubai Ski Pass online. Where can I redeem my Pick-up Voucher?

Accepted Answer

You can redeem your collection voucher for the Stubai Ski Pass at Stubai Glacier or Schlick 2000. Show the QR code on your smartphone or on a printout to receive your KeyCard.

Allow at least 15 minutes between your online purchase and redemption. You can then use your KeyCard at the participating ski areas when they are open.

Question 20

I want to buy a Stubai Glacier ski pass rather than a Stubai Ski Pass. What should I do?

Select your preferred skiing date and pass duration in the online shop. During the winter fare period from 24 October 2026 to 16 April 2027, passes for one to three days are valid at Stubai Glacier. For four days or more, you automatically receive the Stubai Ski Pass at no extra cost. Annual and season passes are excluded.

You can choose to use the Stubai Ski Pass only at Stubai Glacier. Access to the other ski areas is an additional benefit.

Outside this winter fare period, the relevant autumn and spring fares apply. Check your ticket details and the current price list to see where your pass is valid.

Question 21

What should I do if I get an error message at the turnstile?

Speak to a member of the lift team or visit our ticket office. Have your KeyCard and the booking confirmation you received by email after your online purchase ready.

Our ticket office team can use the authorisation number in your confirmation to check your booking and help you on site.

Question 22

What are ski pass gift vouchers?

Accepted Answer

A ski pass gift voucher holds a credit balance in euros that you can use to buy ski passes and lift tickets. You pay the face value of the amount you choose.

The voucher can be redeemed in the Stubai Glacier online shop and at Stubai Glacier ticket offices. Its value is deducted from the ticket price. Any remaining balance stays on the same voucher. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash.

How do I receive my voucher after purchase?

After purchase, you will receive an email with a download link. You can also download the voucher as a PDF from the orders section of your account.

The voucher code is generated when you download it. You can send the PDF as a digital gift or print it out. Keep the voucher and its code safe.

Question 24

Where can I redeem my gift voucher?

Accepted Answer

You can redeem your ski pass gift voucher for ski passes and lift tickets in the Stubai Glacier online shop and at Stubai Glacier ticket offices.

The voucher value is deducted from the ticket price. If any credit remains, you can use it later with the same voucher code.

How do I redeem my ski pass gift voucher?

Accepted Answer

To redeem it online, log in to your account, select your ticket and add it to your basket. At checkout, enter the code in the “Voucher code” field. The credit is applied to your order total. Pay any outstanding amount using one of the available payment methods.

To redeem it at a ticket office, present your voucher when buying your ticket. Its value will be deducted from the ticket price.

Any remaining credit stays on the voucher. For your next purchase, enter the same code again or present the voucher at the ticket office.

Question 26

How long is my voucher valid for?

Accepted Answer

Ski pass and lift ticket gift vouchers are generally valid for 30 years. If a shorter validity period has been agreed for a voucher on objectively justified grounds, that period applies.

Keep your voucher and its code safe. Lost vouchers will not be replaced.

Question 27

I have bought a voucher. Can I cancel it?

Accepted Answer

You can withdraw from your gift voucher purchase within 14 days of buying it, using the account through which you made the purchase.

After this period, cancellation is not possible under the online terms and conditions. If you have any questions about withdrawing from your purchase, contact Starjack support.

Can I use ski pass gift vouchers in the restaurants or sports shop?

Accepted Answer

No. Ski pass gift vouchers can be used for ski passes and lift tickets in the Stubai Glacier online shop and at Stubai Glacier ticket offices.

They cannot be used as payment in the restaurants or sports shop.

Question 29

I have lost my voucher. Will it be replaced?

Accepted Answer

Lost vouchers will not be replaced. If you bought yours online, check your order confirmation email and your account for the PDF download link.

Downloading the voucher again gives you another copy of the existing document. It does not create new credit or replace a voucher that has already been redeemed.

Question 30

Can I redeem Starjack vouchers at Stubai Glacier?

Only Stubai Glacier gift vouchers can be redeemed in the Stubai Glacier online shop.

You can use a Starjack voucher on the Starjack portal. Tickets for Stubai Glacier can also be bought there, subject to availability.
